Morgan Apartments, a luxury apartment community located in North Bethesda, one block from the intersection of Montrose Road and Rockville Pike, was acquired by Meridian from Avalon Bay Communities in 2005 . Meridian has been renovating the common areas and upgrading the apartments to achieve higher rents.
