RESTON/HERNDON PORTFOLIO, a portfolio of five suburban office buildings, totaling 330,000 square feet, was acquired from AEW Realty Advisors in March 1999 for $42.6 million.  The portfolio was fully leased to major tenants including Boeing, TRW, Apple Computer, and WorldCom.

The portfolio was sold in three separate transactions ending in December, 2000.
